Active Memberships:

Account data retained while you're a member

Cancelled Memberships:

Account data deleted 30 days after cancellation (unless you request immediate deletion)

Transaction records retained for 7 years (tax and legal requirements)

Marketing data deleted immediately upon unsubscribe

Backup Data:

Backups maintained for 90 days

Automatically overwritten with newer backups

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

QMK Sanctuary is designed for adults (18+).

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we've collected information from someone under 18, we'll delete it immediately.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

QMK Sanctuary is based in the United States. If you access the sanctuary from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
